Where I will be in 5 to 10 years....

In response to where I want to be in 5 or 10 years as far as my career options go I am not entirly sure, but I do have a basic idea. I have always had a passion for science and hospitality, but I do not see myself waiting tables for the rest of my life. I have always had the inspiration to become a Executive Chef, even though the hours and the stress that comes with the job are pressuring me to change my decision. Eventually I would love to own my own resturant aspiring to an Italian cuisine, but I know that this dream is more than 5 to 10 years into the future.  In 5 years I desire to acheive further tertiary studies at either University or TAFE and be living alone or with a friend to gather some independance. I would also like to be an experienced traveller in the future, because the ability to go to another country and experience the different cultures and enviroments, would be fantastic, not to mention inspiring. I think that I can relate to Vincent in the sense that I would to like to achieve more than I am exprected to and use my abilities nad skills to their fullest potential. If i can achieve all this in the next 5 to 10 years I think I will be very well off in my life and i can't wait to experience my future.
